Natural Cleanse Free Trial Blew My Colon!

Old habits die hard and it took the excruciating pain of extreme stomach cramps for me to bite the bullet and finally do something about it. Sit tight because I’m going to tell you my story and it gets a little gruesome here and there! I hope you have a strong stomach…

Hey, I’m Bobby and over the last few years before I found this natural cleanse free trial I had suffered with weight gain, bloated stomach, lack of energy and focus and many other symptoms which have generally made me feel pretty grotty most of the time. Everything was fine and dandy in my teenage years and then when I was 22 a family tragedy turned my world upside down.

I grieved just like everybody else but for some reason I had more trouble letting go than others. I found comfort in eating and even worse, the foods which comfortably the most were the ones which did the most harm. Loads of carbohydrates and fatty foods along with plenty of chocolate and sweet fizzy drinks. Basically, highly processed food.

I had no idea that over the years my digestive system was having trouble with this food. But I didn’t want to rock the boat. I was quite happy in my own little world hiding away from reality with my doughnuts! Then a couple of years ago I started getting these terrible stomach cramps and excessive wind. It wasn’t very pleasant at all.

Even though I was eating like a horse my movements were very irregular and sometimes I’d go a couple of days without dropping one! Eventually my symptoms got bad enough for me to go and see a doctor. He diagnosed me with chronic constipation and clinical obesity. He recommended drastic changes to my diet and a strict course of exercise. This worked for me to some degree but I just felt like I needed something more.

It was around this time a friend of mine convinced me to try a herbal colon cleanse and while I was initially sceptical my opinion was soon to change. My friend persuaded me to have a go and boy am I glad I did! Within three days the amount of stuff which came out of me was truly obscene. I lost nine pounds in a week! Not only did I lose weight, nearly all my negative symptoms were gone. Colon cleansing certainly did the business for me.

I have not looked back since. Oh my god! It’s amazing. For me it was a case of nothing ventured nothing gained and since I found a free 30 day trial of the Internet of the ultimate Colon cleanse my risk is minimal. Since I had such success I have of course gone onwards and purchased further treatments. My stomach isn’t tied up in knots any more, I have bags of energy and I feel like a million dollars! Highly recommended.

Tips for a Productive Commute

Do you have a half hour or longer commute? If so, you may feel like you’re wasting 5 hours a week with the task of driving. Many people do unsafe things like talking on a cellphone, text messaging, even reading the newspaper while they drive. Why? To regain some of that lost time. But there are plenty of safer ways to get something accomplished while you’re stuck in traffic.

Relax. This ought to be the easiest one, but sometimes isn’t. Turn on some music, drive a little slower and just use the time to relax. Remind yourself that everybody needs a little down time, so that’s productive, too. You’ll probably find this a lot easier to do part of the time, if you do something else at other times, so here are a few ideas.

  • Listen to an audiobook. Whether it’s just the novel you don’t have time to read or a business book to help your career or finances.
  • Brush up on a foreign language. Publishers like Pimsleur and Berlitz offer CDs, tapes and even downloadable MP3s specifically designed for learning a language while you drive. Here’s a useful skill that also helps sharpen the brain generally.
  • Listen to news or talk radio. No matter your interest, there’s probably a talk radio program available to fit – from personal advice to pets to cars to cigars, talk radio is about a lot more than just current events. (Just remember when you’re ready to call in to a talk radio program that the number 4 tip in my list of 12 tips for calling a talk radio show is “don’t use a cellphone!” Wait for the phone call until you’re out of the car.)

Why You Should Install a Wireless Home Security System

A wireless home security system seems to be a technology that is gaining popularity in most homes. The equipment used in a wireless home security system is definitely more advanced and more reliable than the conventional home security system.

Simply put, wireless home security means a set-up without the hassles of cables or wires. This means that you can place your cameras in more strategic location in the house rather than just one corner. One of the advantages is that unlike the old usual wired security systems, this wireless system will aid you in monitoring your activities in complete stealth as you are able to hide the cameras in such a way that they will not be visible to burglars or intruders. The disadvantage of course is that it will require that the signal is not lost or blocked. Otherwise, the system will not be able to register anything.

You can choose to either install cameras or microphones. Although the latter is not as effective as a camera, recordings from the microphone will aid in securing your precious home. These recordings can be set up in such a way that they trigger an alarm if they reach a certain volume level.

A wireless home security system usually consists of an alarm and a motion detection equipment. It can be set up to automatically notify the police if the alarm is tripped, without notifying the intruders.

A wireless home security system certain takes home security to a whole new level with its benefits of less peripherals and ease of the installment process. So if you’re considering securing your home, a wireless home security system may be the way to go.

Donating Car Parts and Broken Autos To Charities

After the updating of the laws concerning vehicle donations to charity, cars that are not running have been donated at a lower rate than was the case only some years ago, but even so, it doesn’t mean you have to keep that old car. It’s still possible to donate it to charity, albeit the tax deduction reward has been considerably reduced.

Normally, when you donate a vehicle that no longer runs, it will get towed away and sold, in essence, as a parts car. Though the majority of auto donations for autos in such a state are handled by a third-party (usually a for-profit company) agent as opposed to the charity itself, you are still able to get the old jalopy hauled away.

Nevertheless, you should know that that the deduction value which you can claim for a car sold on the wholesale market is considerably limited by the fractional amount it is likely to be sold for in addition to the overhead fees that are taken off the top by a third-party agent, the remaining value that is in fact given to the charity from the sale of the donated automobile is the extent of what may be written off under the new laws.

Ordinarily, the highest values for donated vehicles are obtained for cars and trucks that are still roadworthy, although some agencies will take some broken down cars and trucks for repair. If you can find an organization that has an ongoing mission of automotive training, even a non-working car has the possibility to be deducted at the higher “fair market value” in such cases.

Consequently, no matter how much it’s not running, such donated vehicles are still accepted by a numerous charities which accept automobile donations. Frequently, they will be bigger or national charities that don’t have a particular mission based on getting running cars to people. Unless there’s something especially cool or unique about your donated vehicle that would make it an ideal project car, you can presume that it will be sold for scrap or parts at a wholesale auction.

In spite of alterations to the law, there are still a lot of places that accept donated cars that are no longer running. The thing you have to consider is whether or not it has possibility of being fixed up for sale as a running vehicle.

Fight Peptic Ulcers With Marshmallow Root

The marshmallow plant can be found growing in damp, wet areas including meadows and marshes. While native to regions of Europe, the marshmallow plant now grows in the United States as well. The root and leaves of the plant are used medicinally.

Both the root and the leaf of the marshmallow plant contain a substance known as mucilate, a mucusy substance that does not dissolve in water. It is this substance that causes marshmallow to swell up and become slippery when wet. This attribute of the marshmallow plant gives it the ability to soothe irritation of the mouth, throat and stomach, as well as to relieve coughing.

Marshmallow is a perennial herb native throughout damp areas of Europe and western Asia, naturalized in North America in salt marshes from Massachusetts to Virginia, now cultivated from western Europe to Russia. The material of commerce is harvested from cultivated plants mainly from Belgium, Bulgaria, Hungary, the former Yugoslavia, and the former U.S.S.R. The plant must be at least two years old before harvesting the roots. In Germany, marshmallow is listed in Annex1 of the German Federal Ordinance on the Conservation of Species and a permit is necessary for import or export of any wild collected material.

Marshmallow root has been used in traditional European medicines for more than two thousand years. Its therapeutic use was first recorded in the ninth century B.C.; it was widely used in Greek medicine. Its genus name Althaea comes from the Greek altho, to cure, and its order name, Malvaceae, is derived from the Greek malake, soft. Its use in traditional Greek medicine spread to Arabian medicine and to traditional Indian Ayurvedic and Unani medicines. Early Arab physicians prepared a poultice with the leaves to suppress inflammation. The present day Ayurvedic Pharmacopoeia reports its actions as demulcent, diuretic, emollient, and vulnerary.

Marshmallow Root’s high mucilage content makes it an appropriate supplement for the respiratory system and, thus, it aids the body in expelling excess fluid and mucus and will soothe the mucous membranes and a dry, hacking cough. It is an old time remedy for bladder infection, digestive upsets, fluid retention, intestinal disorders, kidney problems, sinusitis and sore throat. Marshmallow is a natural source of beta-carotene, amino acids, minerals and vitamins and is often used as a filler in the compounding of pills.

Many of the Mallows have been used as food by various cultures. A dish of Marshmallow was considered a great delicacy by the Romans. Dioscorides extolled it as a remedy for many ailments, and Pliny the Elder said that, “Whosoever shall take a spoonful of the Mallows shall that day be free from all diseases that may come to him.” Not only was Marshmallow valued as food and medicine, but it was used by both the Greeks and the Romans to decorate the graves of friends.

In summary, it is a soothing demulcent indicated for inflamed and irritated states of mucous membranes. They considered it particularly suitable for the elderly, when there were chronic inflammatory conditions effecting the gastro intestinal system or genitor urinary tract. They give the following specific indications: acute respiratory disease, gastro enteritis, peptic ulcer, cystitis, urethritis, inflammation of mouth and throat, inflamed hemorrhoids, inflamed wounds, burns, scalds, bedsores, abscesses, boils, and ulcers.

Look for Marshmallow in capsule, tablet or bulk herb form at your local or internet discount vitamin store. Always look for name brands like Solaray, Now Foods, and Starwest Botanicals to ensure purity and quality of the product you purchase.
